Black Friday matters, hair matters whether it’s not enough or too much. You want to get rid of it or grow more of it, go gray or color it …
… but today, I want to talk generally about any deal you can get during this promotional period, beyond Black Friday. It’s not too late, but hurry!
Why does Black Friday matter? Why does it matter to you? What is your story?
Deals are a BIG DEAL!
Everyone loves a deal, and every year Black Friday offers some of the best prices on a wide variety of items. People travel from other countries to shop in the United States on Black Friday.
This is what Lavern Campbell from Montego Bay, Jamaica, has to say about her Black Friday experience:
“In 2013, a few coworkers and I traveled to Orlando, Florida, to shop on Black Friday. It was quite an experience! We camped out for hours, but was worth it in the end. We got some great deals.”
If you are from a country outside of the USA and have traveled here to shop on Black Friday, let us know about it. Even if you didn’t make the trip just to shop but were visiting during that time, share your experience.
I have never taken the time out to shop on Black Friday. That’s too much for me. A couple of years ago, the closest I came was dropping my sister off at Walmart and picking her back up hours after when she ran out of money. That’s my story!
All year long you have been counting down to this time of the year. You have a list of the items you want to get and can make huge savings on. You’re even prepared to camp out this year, or maybe you do each year.
Some of the popular items include …
- Kitchen wares
- Sporting equipment
- And a wide array of gadgets
- Gift cards
But, here is how hair matters: Top of the list of beauty products are hair products. In the mad rush to get everything else, don’t let your hair suffer.
Here are some essentials …
- Hair color
- Hair removal products and gadgets
- Hair accessories
- Shampoos, conditioners, and other hair treatments
Just about everyone loves free stuff, but not everyone would be willing to go through the Black Friday hassle to get them.
Some stores offer free items in limited quantities. You may just be lucky to get those if you are the first few to make it inside the store.
These are not always items sold by that particular store. It may be a participating store in a mall, for example.
Some websites are dedicated to helping find these deals, from Barnes & Noble to World Market. If you weren’t aware of that, it’s something to bear in mind next time.
Deals are Still On. Check Them Out.
You may not have taken the time to get anything on Black Friday because you wanted to just chill and not get caught up in the frenzy. That’s fine … deals are still on!
Compare prices from different stores selling similar products. You may not even have to leave home. Online shopping is taking over, and companies like Amazon entice delivery drivers to join their fleet to ensure on-time deliveries.
Right now, electronics are featured in their promotions until December 1.
Take time out to visit their website and keep them busy by getting the stuff you need for yourself, family, friends, and associates. You know there are people on your list that you didn’t get anything for as yet.
Black Friday and Beyond
So, here’s the thing: Black Friday has come and gone, but deals are still available … for most, up to December 1.
Some of you have camped out at your favorite stores for your favorite items, at the lowest price, or even got free stuff. Online shopping has saved many from this mad rush. It could be the way for you to go this year … and beyond.
Electronics, in particular, are quite popular. Go check them out.
From a website concerned about hair, I want to make sure you don’t take your hair for granted. Get a Black Friday deal on hair products while you’re at it. The prices will be going back up.
Enjoy your shopping experience and be safe!
